Human Resources & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
Screen and arrange interview with potential candidates, follow-up on the recruitment process, deliver job offer and complete other related documents.
Responsible for the onboard, probation, exit, movement process of employee.
Follow-up on non-skilled labor procedure, including application, renewal, cancellation procedure.
Assist in preparing activities materials and coordination of activities.
Verify staff attendance and maintain accurate records of leaves.
To maintain and ensure the accuracy of the updated staff record in system.
Maintain payroll records and process payroll.
Organizing human resources and administrative related documents.
Perform duties as assigned.
Qualification or Experience:
Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related field is preferred.
1-3 years relevant HR work experience
Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with employees at different levels.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented positive working attitude.
Fluent written English and spoken Mandarin.
Macau ID holder.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
