Set up in 2006, ShineWing Macau (“SW Macau”), composed of ShineWing (Macau) Certified Public Accountants and ShineWing Corporate & Advisory Services Limited, is providing a wide range of professional services in auditing, accounting, taxation, corporate and business advisory aspects. Its clients are from banking, insurance, finance leasing, aviation services, warehouse and logistics, information technology, catering, construction and property management, investments, manufacturing, wholesale, retailing and education, etc.

SW Macau is also an independent member firm of ShineWing International (“SW”) which is a global network of professional firms specialized in the auditing, taxation and advisory services with headquarter in Hong Kong. We are now looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:

Associate / Senior Associate – Audit & Tax

This is an excellent starting point for an accounting professional career, where you can systematically learn the audit and tax knowledge and the practical operations under professional guidance, and have the opportunity to participate in audit & tax projects in different industries, laying a solid foundation for future professional qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Directed by the engagement managers, perform audit procedures in accordance with the applicable standards and laws;

  • Assist in performing internal control reviews and risk assessments on clients;

  • Complete preparation and verification of audit working papers;

  • Complete data collection and analysis, prepare summary reports and perform other assigned audit-related tasks;

  • Responsible for or assist in maintaining good work communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in accounting or business aspects;

  • Ability to independently and effectively communicate with clients and maintain good interaction with other members of the working team;

  • Have good interpersonal and organizational skills;

  • Proactive, with good written and communication skills in Chinese and English;

  • Preference is given to those who are taking the accredited accounting professional qualification examinations.

  • Those with 3 years or more audit experience in CPA firms may apply for senior associates.

Audit Supervisor

As a core member of our audit team, you will be entrusted with leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. This is a pivotal role that provides a clear pathway to more senior management positions (e.g., Audit Manager).

Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead and execute mid-to-large scale audit engagements, overseeing project planning, execution, and final delivery.

  • Ensure all audit work complies with relevant accounting standards, auditing standards, and firm quality control policies.

  • Review work papers prepared by audit staff to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.

  • Serve as the primary client contact for audit engagements, maintaining and developing long-term trusted relationships.

  • Proactively identify client service needs and effectively communicate key audit and accounting issues with client management.

  • Support management in new client acquisition and business development with existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;

  • Hold a CPA qualification or equivalent;

  • A minimum of 4 years hands-on audit experience with a CPA firm. Team management experience is highly preferred;

  • In-depth knowledge of the audit process and project management, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple engagement simultaneously;

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop subordinates;

  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills, capable of handling complex situations;

  • Strong business acumen with super analytical and problem solving abilities;

  • Proficiency with mainstream audit software and MS Office.

Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate & Advisory Services

This is not an accounting job in the traditional sense, it is a role full of challenges and opportunities, and you will be directly involved in a variety of consulting services, learning how to create value for clients from day one. The company is looking for future business consultants and will provide comprehensive training and support to the hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of the engagement team managers, participate in various consulting projects such as financial due diligence, business processes optimization and internal control consulting;

  • Assist the team in data collection, organization and analysis, use data analysis tools to look for business insights;

  • Participate in client interviews and meetings, record meeting minutes and understand the core needs of clients;

  • Assist in writing professional and clear consulting report sections and project presentation materials;

  • Conduct industry researches and data collection to support the engagement team's analysis and decision-making;

  • Support services in other departments by analyzing information related to legal, business and other aspects.

Requirements:

  • Hold a business degree;

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills, high sense of responsibility and team spirit;

  • Excellent logical analysis skills and passion for problem-solving;

  • Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English;

  • Flexible and open attitude, strong sense of customer services;

  • Experience in corporate and consulting firms is preferred (3 years or more the relevant work experience can apply for senior associates).

Administrative Assistant

This is a diverse onboarding role that provides a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and a strong foundation for the future career.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Administration Department and Marketing Department in their daily work, including document processing, data entry and data collation;

  • Prepare meeting materials, arrange itineraries and handle general paperwork;

  • Assist in coordinating internal activities and external business support preparations;

  • Assist in the daily operations of the reception office, including answering telephones, receiving visitors and managing mail receipts;

  • Provide customers with professional and friendly front-line services to maintain the company's good image;

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk and meeting rooms.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from secondary school or hold a university degree;

  • Friendly personality, good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proactive, attentive, responsible, and able to collaborate in a team;

  • Willing to learn, able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment;

  • With knowledge on basic computer software (e.g. MS Office: Word, Excel).
