F&B Service Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Assign duties to reporting subordinates and be responsible for cleaning kitchen, equipment and back up on the F&B Outlets Operations

  • Maintain all hygiene, health and safety regulations. Ensure adherence to service standards and operating procedures established

  • Identify training needs and development of training plan. Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting subordinates to ensure that service standards and procedures are followed

  • Motivate subordinates to excellent performance, enforce discipline when required and participate in the evaluation of their performance

  • Control beverage inventory and staff rotation in different beverage provision areas in the absence of Assistant Manager

Job Specification:

  • Secondary school graduated or above

  • Macau BIR Holder

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related position

  • Related F&B training preferred

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin & Basic English

  • Demonstrate team spirit and cooperation

保安員
