Sales Operations Intern (HKD50/hr)
What You Will Do:
Provide daily administration/sales administration activities but not limited to answering customer enquiries, preparing pre-sales quotation, proposal and contract
Coordinate sales transactions and support system maintenance in term of pricing set up, account creation & enhancement
Handle invoices and documents return, registration, scanning and filing
Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned as required
Key Requirement:
Undergraduate students from Business Administration related disciplines are welcome
Minimum 15 hours available for working per week
Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing)
Immediate available is highly preferable

主要職責：
外勤工作，為客戶及銷售團隊提供全面技術支援
負責清潔器材安裝維修，日常保養工作，包括洗衣機及乾衣機、洗碗碟機、產品分配器等
入職要求：
有相關器材維修經驗優先
良好客戶服務態度
如有維修電工技能證書優先
滅蟲員兼司機
工作內容：
提供滅蟲服務給酒店或餐廳集團的客戶
為客戶提供預防及根治蟲患或鼠患的建議
制定客戶服務報告並與客戶講服務結果
職位要求：
高中畢業優先
流利粵語及基本普通話能力，略懂英語更佳
懂得使用智能電話或電腦程式優先
待人有禮，有責任感及願意學習綜合害蟲防治行業
