Promote and sell products by identifying our customers' needs
Advise customers on the entire Golden Goose collection

Requirements:

Sneakers Maker (Londoner/Galaxy)

The In Store Artisan will provide an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization! While working in-store and on the 'Sneaker Maker Tour' you will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'
Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

Requirements:

An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)

Store Supervisor (Londoner/Galaxy)

Responsibilities:

Oversee retail store by managing staff, coordinating business activities, controlling inventory, handling operational processes and admin tasks in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
Conduct continuous sales assessments, while proactively developing the business, including engaging clients, accordingly to guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage the store CRM, training staff to capture and input client data proficiently.
Excellent knowledge of internal procedures and takes accountability for abiding and training on them.
Responsible for the store inventory and having good knowledge of all product categories in store. May be asked for input/participation in seasonal buying.
Day to day tasks operating the store while focusing on the sourcing, hiring, training and development of their team.

Requirements:

More than 3 years' experience as a Store supervisor
Familiar with the luxury goods industry and understand the development of brands and fashion trends.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Customer service and results orientated
Proactive, image and detail oriented
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
