General management and sales position
JINAIR Airlines is searching for General management and sales position to join our team in Macau.
Responsibilities:
Completion and reporting of tax-related documents (M2,M3,M4,SSF)
(Social security fund, Occupational tax,etc)
Review of airport tax, landing fee and various rental fees
E-mailing JINAIR Korea Branch and cross check some of information
Have a meet with Travel agency and Ticket Sales
(Sometimes needed business trip)
Group Ticketing on our iflyres system
Issuance of invoice and confirmation of payment
Support for passenger transportation 2-3 times a week at night
Perform other tasks as assigned by regional manager.
Qualifications:
Needed ability to write and understanding e-mail in Korean
Communication and interpersonal skill.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool such as Excel, Power point, Word.
Macau locals or Macau ID holders
University graduation certificate holder.
Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry, such as travel agency
Language Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Good at writing and reading e-mail in Korean
Preferred:
A person who has passenger transportation experience at the airport.
A person who can speak and write down in Korean.
A person who can work at night 2-3 times a week
A multitasker and team player.
