Job Opportunities:
1. Helpdesk Operator (Agent)
Responsibilities:
Provide the first-level support for customers and answer the service call of the IT Information Technology
Resolve reported incidents according to the process and provide high-quality IT services to the customers
Escalate the complicated unresolve problem to tier two or tier three support teams. The escalation tasks place either through call transferring or ticketing systems
Proper handling the tickets on time and in accurately manner. Follow the ITSM standard such as Service Request Management, Incident management and Change Management etc to manage the activity. Escalate any outstanding issue/case to management
Follow up with the customer if the problem is complicated without final resolution. Provide temporary or workaround solution to customer until the problem was resolved with customer’s satisfaction
Make sure tickets are updated according to defined Service Level Agreements
Verify all open tickets are in correct state
Track the call performance to improve the job satisfaction
Participate in ongoing knowledge and skill development activities
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred
Minimum 1 years’ Service Desk, Help Desk, or technical Call Center experience strongly preferred. Relevant IT operation and maintenance experience or electronic computer major is preferred
General awareness of computer systems, PC repairment and network management
Any Microsoft Certification is advantage
Have a strong sense of service, good communication skills, wiring experience is preferred
Effectively manage length of calls/handle time
Positive, Proactive and can-do attitude
Able to accept shifts/overnight shifts working schedule
Command of spoken and written basic English
2. IT Hardware Technician (Junior or Senior)
Responsibilities:
Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc…
Provide Windows operation support
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance
HelpDesk service operation
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
1-3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered)
Knowledge and experience on MS Windows
Good team player and communication skills
Good planning and analytical skills with attitude
Preferrable: CCNA, HCIA or ITIL Foundation
Command of spoken and written English
3. Network Engineer (Junior or Senior)
Responsibilities:
Handle networking solution implementation and maintenance
Basic skill on network or router installation and configuration
Perform network architecture design
Networking solution troubleshooting and analysis
Communicate with Mainland China or oversea provider for products updates or support services
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
Min. 2-5 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered)
In depth knowledge on WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers and Switches.
Knowledge and experience on Cisco, Huawei, H3C networking or relevant
Good team player and communication skills
Good planning and analytical skills with attitude
Certification on CCNP, HCNP or relevant
Preferable: ITIL, CCIE, HCIE, CISA or CISP (Senior)

4. Senior System Engineer for Microsoft Solution
Responsibilities:
Microsoft Intune Management: Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft Intune to manage and maintain infrastructure and configurations. This includes device management, application creation and deployment, service administration, mobile application management, device/profile management, conditional access, and software update management
Active Directory Administration: Utilize your expertise in Active Directory to manage user accounts, groups, and permissions. This includes creating and managing user and computer accounts, configuring user profiles, managing Active Directory objects, and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Microsoft Exchange Administration: Manage and maintain the organization’s Microsoft Exchange environment. This includes managing mailboxes, configuring email addresses, monitoring server health, and ensuring the security and integrity of email communications
Troubleshooting: Provide advanced level troubleshooting and remediation of issues with endpoints devices and deployed applications
Support: Provide first-level support for the above Microsoft services, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
Qualification or Experience:
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Exchange
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate) are preferred
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
5. Project Manager
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, especially network technology…
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop and enhance Project Management process, workflow etc…
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements and skills
10+ years working experience related to project management. Manage multi-national or vendors project is preferrable.
10+ years working experience on networking project with network architect, design and implementation is preferrable.
Solid skill or experience in SDWAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN etc…
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the network technology sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in networking technology such as Cisco or Huawei
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Shift working duty may require
Qualification
Diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering
PMP / PRINCE II certification is mandatory
CCIE in Security, SP and R/S is recommended
Certified in common Operation System vendor solution such as Microsoft, Redhat or etc…

6. Software Engineer (Junior or Senior)
Responsibilities:
Completing assigned tasks such as implementing, managing software programs and testing and evaluating new programs by the company standard
Writing and implementing efficient code and determining operational practicality
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
Basic or good skills being developed and able to contribute to success of team and product goals
Following the Standard Operation Procedure in a customer or office environment to complete all assigned tasks with a safe and secure approach and complying with customers’ and Vastcom information security policies and requirements
Studying and evaluating key products or solution
Qualification or Experience:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred
Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
Basic skills to deploy Linux, Windows platform or virtualization
Knowledge of programming language or framework. Such as, Flutter, (either Angular or Vue.js), .Net

7. 全職司機
工作職責:
負責接送行政人員的駕駛工作;
協助或自行裝卸輕型貨品,將貨品送到客戶手中,並請客戶進行簽收;

需持有重型電單車及私家車(手波)駕駛執照
具3年以上駕駛經驗,熟悉澳門酒店及政府部門地理位置
