完成上級安排或委派之相關行政職務。
為軟件、網絡、電腦系統及相關設備提供技術支援,確保基礎設施安全可靠;
為伺服器、網絡、IT管理系統等設施或設備提供規劃、實施和運營工作;
負責進行有計劃的預防性維護工作,確保基礎設備及系統的可用性;
負責協調公司內部的資訊技術需求,按時完成相關支援等工單;
跟進警告系統所發出的提示;
支援上級委派之緊急職務。
執行管網工程的準備工作,工程現場勘查、管線設計、標書文件、準照申請;
進行管網工程的施工工作,定期暫量監察、工地的職安健管理、交通事務管理、承判商管理;
工程相關的紀錄及歸檔工作,如清單錄入、物料校對、竣工核算及繪圖工作;
與客戶溝通及協調相關的供水計劃書及信函回覆等工作;
為管網工程或規劃提供專業的技術意見;
與各部門科組及跨部門保持良好協調溝通,參與對外對內的工程會議,確保運行不受影響;
有需要輪班工作。
首選技能:
大學畢業,主修土木工程等相關專業;
具有相關經驗或管網工程經驗者為優先,經驗較少則考慮為助理工程師/見習工程師;
具有註冊土木工程師專業資格者為優先;
良好中英文口語及書寫能力,熟練使用一般電腦文書,AutoCAD及管網軟件設計為佳;
具輕型汽車駕駛執照較佳。
處理客戶服務中心工作 (包括熱線中心、服務櫃檯及繳費處);

Roles and Responsibilities
To be a member of the on-shift team or back office team to operate CEM power network from importation, generation, transmission and distribution in terms of safety, security, reliability and cost effectiveness
To resolve all incidents or contingency issues that is related to CEM power network by using available resources, necessary tools and measures
To rectify power importation, generation, transmission and distribution issues to meet customer demand with best economic consideration
To prepare and publish daily network operational reports and generation forecast plan to stakeholders in a timely manner
To take proper measures to minimize power disturbance and to resume power network system back to stable as fast as possible and duly keep relevant stakeholders informed
To schedule, approve and execute all planned, urgent outages or operations in generation and power network under normal or disturbed situations and duly keep relevant stakeholders informed
To execute any necessary and proper power network operations according to network analysis and ensure these operations are performed in accordance with established safety rules and procedures
To have direct communication with customer for handling outage, enquiries and complaints

Responsible for maintenance and alternation of building facilities maintenance in Primary Substation
Investigate, analyze the defects of building facilities in Primary Substation and carry-out improvement actions
Inspect, coordinate, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced maintenance and repair of the building facilities
Ensure building facilities are in compliance with relevant regulations, codes and standards
Review the specification, design, material submission, monitor the installation, testing, commissioning of building services works (HVAC, Fire Services, Water Supply, Drainage, Electrical, Lift) for the construction of Primary Substation

To provide technical support for determining the design requirements for secondary equipment according to HV substation conditions of Macau
To provide technical support for (1) the analysis of the failure rate of secondary equipment in HV substation; (2) the analysis and review the design proposal of secondary equipment including diagram, setting, etc.; (3) holding the training for secondary equipment in HV substation
To analyze the failure data of the secondary equipment in HV substation and review the related maintenance criteria
To collect data and provide technical assistance for the investigation of secondary equipment incident in HV substation when required
To resolve technical problems which will arise during the secondary equipment installation of HV substation

Qualification
