Work with senior management to develop a “fit for purpose” branding image and communication plan for FIE.
Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all FIE publicity materials and displays, making sure they meet the University’s requirements.
Write, edit, and distribute content, including presentations, publications, press releases, website content, newsletters, annual reports, speeches, videos, and other promotional material that communicates the faculty’s programs and activities, both in Chinese and English.
Prepare regular updates/reports to the relevant government departments.
Ensure displays at all FIE venues are professionally designed and regularly updated.
Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
Identify and resolve any communication-related issues (both internal and external) in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science, or in a related field where English and Chinese writing and communication skills are highly developed.
Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of communication practices and techniques is desirable.
Good spoken and written English and Chinese skills, fluency in Mandarin preferred.
Excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
To answer customer enquiries and perform quality after-sales services
To prepare and process Sales & Purchase Contract (SPC) and related legal documents regarding property sales and agreement transfer
To liaise with internal and external parties i.e. law firm for property transaction
To execute research work on market trends.
Requirements:
Secondary school graduated or above;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a advantage
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
