Assistant Manager – Logistics Solutions 助理物流方案經理
Responsibilities
Responsible for the project's P&L, providing regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and the management team
Monitor the logistics process and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Set and achieve KPIs agreed upon with the client, and conduct regular internal KPI reviews
Follow up and make necessary recommendations on existing or potential business
Streamline operations workflows to achieve cost-effectiveness
Identify and manage logistics-related risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations to minimize potential issues
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years of experience specifically in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Exposure to the F&B operation would be an advantage.
Familiarity with import/export operations
Ability to make sound judgments and decisions and work under pressure
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, self-motivation, problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Assistant Officer – Logistics Solutions 助理物流方案主任
Responsibilities
Track and coordinate the entire logistics workflow, from import and warehousing to final delivery.
Handle all necessary import and export documentation, licenses, and customs clearance.
Measure and report on KPI to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Liaise with customers and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations
Assist with ad-hoc assignments as needed to support the logistics function
Requirements
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (preferred, but not mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of work experience, with experience in the logistics industry being an advantage
Familiarity with import/export operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
Graduate Trainee 畢業見習生
Responsibilities
Work with Customer Services team to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
Liaise with internal and external parties regarding logistics and warehousing issues
Look for areas for improvement with logical approach and suggestion for improvement
Understand the complete logistics chain in distribution, warehousing & freight forwarding
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Fresh graduate from reputable university in any discipline - Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint etc)
Positive working attitude, self-starter and good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
