Boutique Manager
Responsibilities
- To achieve target sales result and lead the team with sales strategies
- To drive, recruit, provide training to boutique staff
- To manage day to day operation of boutique
- To ensure boutique in excellent presentation
- To prepare monthly sales report and business performance for management review
Requirements
- At least 6 years solid experience in retail operations and managerial position, preferably from luxury retail industry, and watch industry is a must
- Mature and good management skills
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and detail oriented, strong business awareness, with logical thinking and analytical ability
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Good command of written and spoken English + Chinese (including Mandarin)
