工作職責：
根據工作規劃，實施各項年度合作計劃和業務方案
策劃及為合作機構（銀行、代理商）提供產品及銷售培訓
保持與各渠道的溝通及提供支援
收集市場訊息、撰寫市場分析及業務報告
其他上級安排的事項
要求：
學士或以上學歷（主修：工商管理、市場營銷、經濟或財務較佳）
具1年或以上相關工作經驗（歡迎大學畢業生）
具良好的溝通能力（廣東話、普通話及英文）能操流利普通話優先考慮
具良好的中文、英文語言及文書能力
具良好的辦公軟件能力
具良好表達溝通技巧
2. 業務總監
工作職責：
綜合戰略目標，積極開拓新渠道的合作（包括：銀行、中介、代理等）
對接商業客戶，拓展職域營銷
保持與各渠道的緊密聯動，規劃業務推動方案及監控業務目標的達成
結合市場動態，及時調整銷售方案
綜合管理各渠道的中後台服務工作，包括：產品培訓
統籌部門各項工作的開展及對接總部

具5年或以上銀行或保險公司相關工作經驗
具有保險相關牌照/資格

3. 業務主任
工作職責：
根據工作規劃，制定、推動及實施各項年度合作計劃和業務方案
與相關部門共同策劃及安排給與合作機構提供具針對性產品及銷售培訓
與現有或潛在合作機構溝通, 收集及反饋市場訊息
撰寫市場分析及業務報告
為合作機構前線及中後台員工提供支援

要求：

4. 初級至高級業務經理（銀保）
工作職責：
根據公司發展要求，結合銀行的特色需求，研究並制定銀保管道發展戰略規劃和工作計劃
根據工作規劃，制定、推動及實施各項年度合作計劃和業務方案
與銀行保持充分溝通，傳達、貫徹、落實公司業務經營戰略，實施差異化的管道經營策略 (一行一策)
協調整合公司的內部資源，推動方案及項目的落實
落實各銀行代理協定的簽訂和保管
與相關部門共同策劃及安排給與合作機構提供具針對性產品及銷售培訓
與現有或潛在合作機構溝通, 收集及反饋市場訊息
與內部部門協作理順日常業務工作流程
為合作機構前線及中後台員工提供技術支援
其他上級安排的事項
要求：
學士或以上學歷 (主修：工商管理、市場營銷、經濟或財務較佳)
具 2 年或以上銀行或保險公司相關工作經驗
具有保險相關牌照 / 資格
