職責內容 :

Executive, Electronic Shipping Solutions Field Support - Macau

YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Macau

Reporting to Head of Macau, you will be responsible for driving the utilization rate and data quality of Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) tools, also coordinating and handling IT related matters as well in DHL Macau:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • In charge of maintenance and alternation of building facilities in Primary Substation. Responsible for the planning, budgeting, tendering, managing and supervision of repair works and routine maintenance of the building facilities in Primary Substation

  • Investigate, analyze and carry-out improvement action to issues related to building facilities in Primary Substation

  • Inspect, coordinate, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced maintenance and repair of the building facilities

  • Ensure building facilities are following relevant regulations, codes and standards

  • Review the design, material submission, monitor the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover the of building services works (HVAC, Fire Services, Water Supply, Drainage, Electrical, Lift) for the construction of Primary Substation

  • Carry out management and administration duties

Requirements

  • Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related field

    • Holder of Macau Registered Engineer Certificate is an advantage

  • Related Working Experience

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction and maintenance of building facilities

    • Knowledge of building services systems, codes, standards and regulations in Macau

    • Solid experience in Project Management

  • Computer Literacy

    • Proficient in Auto-CAD, Office 365 and Chinese Word Processing are mandatory

    • Satisfactory level of literacy on Information Technology

  • Language Skills

    • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English

REQ12417 Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis focuses on supporting the management in execution of analysis and reporting related to gaming marketing events and promotions. The position will also work closely with various business units in terms of communicating and reviewing findings with senior management.

Will lead the team of Managers, Senior Analysts and Financial Analysts to evaluate gaming marketing events, to prepare marketing cost and expense analysis, gaming player reinvestment studies, and other general business analyses

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-depth post event analysis of gaming marketing events and promotions

  • Interpret data, analyse results against proforma in on-going promotion and identify key findings

  • Provide marketing expense and player reinvestment analysis on timely manner as requested

  • Prepare and deliver insightful reports to senior management, providing constructive insights and recommendations

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts to include day to day operations, coaching, mentoring and appropriate performance management

  • Provide training and development to Managers, Senior Analysts and Financial Analysts

  • Collaborate closely with gaming marketing teams to align revenue and profit strategies with promotional activities

  • Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex financial and marketing data sets

REQ9575 Manager, Quality, Health and Safety

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Quality, Health & Safety undertakes all health and safety assessments and programs to ensure the operations of The House of Dancing Water show and Entertainment Departments are safe. Work closely with technical occupational safety and health representatives and provide guidance, support and investigation results and recommendations to all departments and the safety committee. Participate on the Risk Management, Health and Safety Committee and ensure learning, implementation and monitor such best practices are adapted to related areas. On-going document control, companywide processes and review of documentation produced by the teams to ensure SOP’s are maintained and followed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and maintain the requirements of the Safety Management systems including incident reporting, investigation and risk assessments.

  • Enforce policies to establish a culture of honesty and promotes health and safety.

  • Supervise incident response, root cause analysis and implementation of remedial and corrective actions.

  • Identify, assess and implement improvement projects to eliminate hazards and risks.

  • Identify HS training requirements, provide and manage the delivery HS training.

  • Train senior management in health and safety leadership.

  • Oversee Document Control, numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by the teams to ensure SOP’s are maintained.

  • Undertake ongoing review and update of SOPs.

  • Provide assistance in managing employee injuries follow-up, rehabilitation progress and workers compensation where applicable.

  • Ensure the accurate use of the Health and Safety database system for reporting, monitoring and reviewing of incident reporting and investigation.

  • Oversee a Health and Safety audit program and carry out regular inspections / audits to check that policies and procedures are being properly implemented.

  • Lead a review of company wide processes by developing a complete and thorough flow chart and process documentation system.

  • Prepare, maintain and monitor budget, forecasts and expenses on an ongoing basis.

  • Perform other reasonable tasks and projects assigned by the management of Entertainment department.
