Description:

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive policy implementation relating to Global WPB Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Lines of Business Procedures, regulatory requirements and local risk appetite including customer on-boarding, CDD periodic review and processes;

  • This role also represents for Head of Customer Selection and Exit Management (“CSEM”) Secretariat, collect all required client information that will ensure the efficient decisioning and execution of the decisions around customer exits;

  • Responsible for the management of both Name Screening and Transaction Screening system, including existing system maintenance, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions;

  • Provide concise and timely reporting and updates for various governance forums and committees on the status of CDD related to projects, key milestones, streamlining initiatives, blockages, challenges, risks, and issues;

  • Build strong relationships, adopting a join-up approach, to support execution of operations at pace and with minimum conflict;

  • Work closely with various stakeholders including business users, operations, IT, Compliance to proactively manage all the potential financial crime risk identified from projects, ensure effective project governance, and recommend any risk mitigating measures when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree;

  • Relevant years of experience in Banking or Financial Services covering financial crime or risk management;

  • Knowledge of Financial Crime Risk issues, typologies and trends, as well as awareness of Financial Crime Compliance Regulations;

IT & Digital Engineer

Job Description and Organization Chart

  • The IT & Digital Engineer will be based in Macao, reporting to IT Digital Operations Manager (Hong Kong & Macau), who is based in Hong Kong.

  • This position will be working very closely with the Macao Business team, the headquarter based in France (Corp HQ) and the Regional HQ (RHQ) team based in Singapore.

  • The IT & Digital Engineer is responsible for setting up, coordinating and following up on all Digital advertising applications in Macao Street furniture (Street advertising board and Bus Shelter) and MIA (Macao International airport). Main work focus is on-site maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Projects

  • Support deployment and installation of digital systems

  • Handle digital systems project updates and reporting

  • Prepare digital systems project documentation and control Digital Systems Incident/ Maintenance Management

  • Provide technical support to reported incidents and problems

  • Ensure system reliability and carry out improvements

  • On-site work: Operate on-site maintenance and troubleshooting and coordinate the work of subcontractors in resolving issues

Digital Systems and Interactive Panels Operations

  • Support preparation of Operations team regarding:

    • Inventory management (add, change, catalogue, maintain, retire)

    • Diagnostic checklists to guide the operation team in efficient troubleshooting

    • Troubleshooting of digital systems

  • Supervise system performance to ensure quality of service in respect of SLAs

  • Ensure all digital systems are well set up and complete

  • Collect and analyse data and alerts generated by digital

  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all digital campaigns running on digital systems are implemented successfully

Job Requirements

  • 3 years or above experience in IT support and maintenance

  • With experience in contributing as technical team member/project management

  • Fluent with Linux System administration (Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Linux environment)

  • Familiar with Windows Systems administration and Installation

  • Knowledge in Cisco network equipment and routing

  • Experienced in Incident and Problem Management process

  • Demonstrable experience of supporting critical applications

  • Motivated, proactive & independent; Able to anticipate problems and work effectively within teams (locally as well as regionally)

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

  • Fluent English and Cantonese speaking and writing

Advertising Consultant (Macau)

  • Market new Macau Street furniture network including digital frame and traditional poster network

  • Achieve revenue targets

  • Maintain work relations with both advertising agencies and direct advertisers

Requirements

  • Tertiary / University graduates

  • 1-3 years experience in sales or client servicing, preferably in advertising industry
