Role Mission
Responsible for handling the daily sales activities and providing courteous customer services to customers. Besides handling the typical sales transactions, may have additional responsibility for monitoring a product category with superiors, such as stock and inventory controls, quality control and price events.
Key Accountabilities

Qualifications
Secondary school graduate or above in any discipline
Minimum 2 years relevant sales & customer services experience in fashion retail
Pleasant, outgoing, and eager to interact with different levels of customers
Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Macau ID holder is a Must

Department: Consultancy and Technical Sales
Responsibilities:
Slot machine installation, game conversion, relocation, upgrade, troubleshooting, etc.;
Troubleshoots, replaces, or repairs components, report and communicate with supervisor and manufacturer to fix the issue;
Provide periodical maintenance and support to slot machines and related HW&SW;
Goods delivery & inspection of new arrival goods/machines;
Slot machine software testing & debug;

Job Purpose
The EIM Campaign Specialist is responsible for supporting the CRM promotional campaigns, ensuring that all related data pipelines, Python scripts and campaign workflows running on the platforms (eg. We are a Macau-based Event & Marketing company which provide a wide range of services to our clients including show management, grand opening, gala dinner, exhibition, conference and other sorts of event. We are now seeking high-caliber candidates to join our team:
Responsibilities:
Understand clients’ business and business issues, serve as a trusted advisors to drive effective solutions
Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental project proposals, scope of work, schedules and staffing plans
Ensure PCNs are clearly communicated to clients and approved
Build and maintain effective client relationship, ensuring that all clients’ needs are listened to, understood & responded to in a timely way
Participate & encourage team players in creative brainstorming, with the aim of generating ideas for clients
Ensure regular team meetings, manage communications between team members and make sure all deadlines are met
Communicate with vendors and requesting for quotations
Budget coordination, stage management, production coordination and logistic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in event management or related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
A team leader who is able to work independently and under pressure
Well-organized, mature and responsible
Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and Chinese, good command in Putonghua would be an advantage
Well-versed in computer skills (Word & Excel is a must)
